ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
Mandatory for preparing sale or rental agreements, according to R.D. 235/2013, of April 5, by which the basic procedure is approved for the certification of the energy efficiency of the buildings.
OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATES
It is required for sale, rent or for a free lease agreement concerning a property. Also required to supply water, electricity, gas and other general services to the property.
BUILDING EVALUATION REPORT
It describes the characteristics of the buildings, at least related to the conservation conditions plan, according to Law 8/2013, of June 26. It will be required after a deadline of five years, counting from the date in which the building reaches 50 years old.
BUSINESS PROYECTS DESSIGN
Obligatory for a shop, business or industrial unit, so as to develop their commercial, business or industrial activities. It is a document to ensure compliance of the usage conditions for that activity.

HEALTH AND SAFETY REPORTS
In application of the Article Nbr. 7 of the R.D.1627/1997 where has been established the minimal regulations of health and safety measures to take related to building activities. Being mandatory to elaborate a specific Plan of Health and Safety for each building.
MANUALS AND EMERGENCY PLANS
According to R.D. 393/2007, it is required for holders of centres and establishments in where takes place activities that could cause a situation of emergency, of having a Manual and Emergency Plan.
QUOTATION PROJECTS

QUALITY CONTROL PLANNING
This plan aims to define a check list that guarantee the standard quality of the building according to the main building project and R.D. 107/1991.
